Dr. James B. Carr graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 1996. He completed both a Master's degree in biology and Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular biology from California State University, Northridge. During his Master's degree program, Dr. Carr ran the neurophysiology lab of Dr. Rick Delamarter at UCLA. Spinal cord research while at UCLA resulted in publications as well as national and international research awards. Dr. Carr completed his orthopaedic residency at University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2001. He completed his spine fellowship at University of California, Davis. He operates at Twin Cities Community Hospital, Sierra Vista Hospital, French Hospital and Posada Ambulatory Surgery Center. |
