Dr. Ralph Mozingo received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from NOVA-Southeastern University of Health Sciences in 1991. He completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Los Angeles.

After spending his internship year at the Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, he went on to serve three years as an E.R. physician and Air Evacuation Officer for the U.S. Army in Germany. He completed his residency in anesthesiology and pain medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and the Naval Medical Center in San Diego.

Dr. Mozingo is a founding partner of Pacific Pain Physicians and a member of the Anesthesia Associates Medical Group of Santa Barbara.
